Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unused, undamaged ceramic mugs and insulated tumblers within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your item back.
- Package the product securely and include the RA number on the outer packaging.
- Ship the return to our address (provided below). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging for verification. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at your discretion.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement once the returned item is verified. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
